3. The moving resistance of the machine workbench (or tool holder) is too large, which is generally caused by too tight insert adjustment and poor surface lubrication of the machine tool guide rail. The fault phenomenon is generally manifested as the part size changes in the range of a few wires, and only the insert is re-adjusted and the guide lubrication is improved.
4, rolling bearing wear or improper adjustment, resulting in excessive movement resistance. The fault phenomenon is also usually manifested as an irregular change in size within a few wires. Simply replace the worn bearing and adjust it carefully, and the fault can be eliminated.
5, the lead screw gap or gap compensation amount is improper, by adjusting the gap or changing the gap compensation value can eliminate the fault.
