In addition to these active skills, you'll want to get a few Spirit Boons on your skill tree. Wild Rage, Masochism, Vigilance, Energized, Iron Feathers, and Bird's Fury are all excellent additions to this build. Since you'll be spending most of your attack time in the shapeshifted form, Wild Rage is the most important additional passive skill.
Masochistic also provides incredible sustain, trading damage output for health. The core gameplay loop of this build only comes into play when paired with Tempest Roar, but it's fairly straightforward after that.
After getting Tempest Roar, it's best to continue through the Werewolf Form board to get abilities that synergize with the new shapeshift bonuses. It's also important to prioritize Spirit generation abilities, given that you'll be constantly burning through your Spirit bar with Tornado and summon abilities. While extremely dependent on getting the right gear, the end product is well worth it in Diablo IV.
