Quality control programs usually include inspection of foil defects (pinholes, scratches), verification of laminate thickness and uniformity, adhesion testing (peel strength), seal testing (seal strength and burst/leak), and checks for blocking and odor where relevant. For food-contact applications, documentation and compliance testing may be required for both the LDPE resin and any adhesives or additives. With proper material selection and process control, LDPE composite aluminum foil remains a robust, scalable solution for barrier packaging and protective laminates that demand reliable heat sealing and long-term product protection.
