(1) When the load-bearing beam is under the floor of the machine room, it is generally necessary to make a reinforced concrete base about 30mm larger than the chassis of the traction machine and with a thickness of 250-300mm, and the bolts to fix the traction machine are pre-buried on the base. Under the concrete base, vibration damping rubber pads should be placed on the top of the load-bearing beam, and the traction machine should be fixed on the concrete base.
The concrete base and the traction machine are fixed together by pressing plates and baffles.
(2) When the load-bearing beam is on the floor of the machine room, the steel base of the traction machine chassis can be connected with the load-bearing beam bolts as a whole. If vibration reduction is required, a vibration reduction device should be made. The specific method is to make two steel plates of the same size as the traction machine base and a thickness of about 20mm and place a vibration-damping rubber pad between them. The upper steel plate is connected with the traction machine with bolts, and the lower steel plate is welded with the load-bearing beam. In order to prevent displacement, the upper steel plate and the chassis of the traction machine also need to be equipped with pressure plates and baffles.
(3) When the load-bearing beam is installed on the reinforced concrete platform 600mm higher than the floor of the engine room, the baffle plate and vibration damping rubber pad should be placed on the platform, and the upper and lower connecting steel plates should be installed. Fix the traction machine on the steel plate, and use the pressure plate and the baffle to position it.
(4) Correction of the installation position of the traction sheave. Fix a horizontal lead wire above the hoisting machine, hang two vertical lines from the horizontal iron wire to align the center point of the car frame and the center point of the counterweight on the floor plank, and then calculate the traction according to the center of the hoisting rope The diameter of the wheel pitch circle, and then hang another plumb line on the horizontal lead wire at the corresponding position. Finally, the traction machine is calibrated through these standard lines.
(1) Traction wheel position deviation: the front and rear (toward the counterweight) directions should not exceed ±2mm, and the left and right directions should not exceed ±1mm.
(2) The vertical error of the traction sheave is not more than 2.0mm.
(3) The parallelism error between the traction sheave and the guide sheave or rewinding sheave is not greater than ±1mm
