"I knew as soon once we got engaged that I desired to wear on a large day would be a cape. I got so fixated on the idea that when I finally found my cape of dreams, it felt like my outfit was sorted. I had to become reminded that I still required to find the dress."


"In the finish, I decided to allow the cape to perform the talking and put it on with a simple silk slip dress. I found an ideal: its classic simplicity was the perfect pairing for my sheer celestial cape, that was delicately embroidered with stars and moons."


"Another no-brainer for all of us was choosing our florist. I'm an enormous fan of wild, slightly asymmetrical arrangements as well as their love of foliage and greenery. In short, I didn't want anything too classic."


"We decided on a color palette of soppy blues, yellows, oranges, pinks, and whites, by using lots of texture. As we got married at the beginning of May, a lot of wonderful flowers were in season, so our flower bouquets and bouquets were comprised of some of my favorites including delphinium, lisianthus, and Craspedia."

"Planning my wedding was one of the most consuming tasks I've ever undertaken even though I stayed fairly relaxed through the process, there have been times when I felt overwhelmed by the number of decisions we had to make. So my biggest piece of advice could just laugh and revel in it all because afterward you n, need to miss it! And don't sweat small details, everything does come together ultimately and around the day contrary goes wrong you won't even notice it because you'll be too busy getting the time of your lifetime."
