FLAVORED WHIPPED CREAM, Orange whip cream, and HOLLANDAISE SAUC

    FLAVORED WHIPPED CREAM 

    Ingredients:

    half a pint of thick cream

    a teaspoon of powdered sugar

    12 tsp favorite flavor, such as Cognac, or vanilla extract

     

     

    Use chilled heavy whipping cream throughout preparation. To prevent lumps, stir the cream before putting it in the dispenser. Fill the dispenser with cream and other ingredients. Attach the dispenser's head with screws, then use one charger to charge it. Replace the cap after removing the charger. Shake firmly three to four times. Invert the dispenser entirely, then gently depress the lever. You now have excellent flavored whip cream that you can use for ice cream, desserts, and other things.

     

    Orange Whip Cream

    Ingredients:

    ice cream, vanilla, in two cups

    Orange juice, 1 cup

    1 ounce of vodka-flavored whipped cream with orange syrup

     

     

    Prepare whip cream using orange-flavored syrup in one of our cream canisters. Load the N20 cream charger after giving the head a firm twist and a good shake. Shake for a minimum of 15 more times. In a blender, combine vodka, vanilla ice cream, and orange juice. Pour into a martini glass and top with whipped cream flavored with orange. Enjoy!

     

    HOLLANDAISE SAUCE

    Ingredients:

    22-ounce butter cubes

    five egg yolks

    2 whole eggs, shallots, cut finely

    White wine, dry, 4 ounces

    citrus juice

    1/8 teaspoon of vegetable oil

    half a bay leaf

    Black pepper, six,

     

    Preparation:

    1. In the vegetable oil, sauté the shallots, peppercorns, bay leaves, and wine for about 3 minutes.
    2. Pour the sautée mixture into a metal dish with the whole eggs and whisk it while it cooks over a pan of simmering water. Allow to double in size before adding butter gradually. Add salt and lemon juice for seasoning.
    3. Fill your whipped cream siphonwith the mixture. Fill the charger, shake it, and close it. Shake it five or six more times. Serve eggs or vegetables like asparagus with this homemade hollandaise sauce.
