Starting the Quest
To begin "Of Lambs and Wolves", you need to Diablo 4 Items have completed the main story of Diablo 4. Once you’ve achieved that, head to Zarbinzet and locate the NPC Captain Cireska. Initiate a conversation with her to receive the quest, which will then direct you to find Locran.
Finding Locran
Travel to Locran's Location: Locran's family home is situated slightly southwest of Zarbinzet. Follow the map’s directions until you encounter a Reinforced Door.
Defeat the Enemies: As you approach the door, you’ll hear a voice say, “I saw the weak made strong.” This triggers a small wave of enemies that need to be defeated to proceed.
Enter the House: Once the enemies are dealt with, enter Locran’s home. Here, you’ll discover Locran’s affiliation with the Triune, a faction you've encountered previously in Diablo 4.
Participate in the Sacrificial Ritual
Inside Locran’s home, you’ll learn about the sacrificial ritual. Locran requests your assistance to perform this ritual and gain the power of the Mother.
Retrieve the Fetid Khazra Liver: Look for a crate in the larger room of the house and take the Fetid Khazra Liver from it.
Use the Brazier: Place the Fetid Khazra Liver into the brazier located near the summoning circle.
Defeat the Summoned Enemies: After placing the liver, enemies will spawn within the summoning circle. You’ll face two types of foes:
A Larger Foe: This enemy is stronger and requires more attention.
An Elite Enemy: This enemy is tougher and will test your skills. Defeat them to Diablo 4 Items for sale proceed.
